In July 2000, Katherine Garrison and Siobhan Santinelli decided to carry on the tradition of providing high-quality, hand-crafted cheesecakes that was started by Katherine's mom and Siobhan’s sister, Michael (“Mikie”) diMuro. In 2002, Siobhan moved to Colusa, Calif., where she continues to provide the North Valley area with the freshest, most delicious cheesecakes.

We offer a mouth-watering selection of sweet cheesecakes, most of which are available year-round while others are offered seasonally. When it comes to our cheesecake, one recipe does not fit all. We use only the highest quality ingredients, and each of our cheesecakes is made from a unique recipe that’s been developed to provide the best taste and texture.

Not content to keep only with convention, we’ve put a new twist on the classic dessert -- savory cheesecakes. In fact, they’re not a dessert at all. Made from the finest cheeses, herbs, and liquors, savory cheesecakes can be served as an appetizer, side dish, or cheese course.  

In addition, we offer fabulous celebration and wedding cakes. They are as delicious to eat as they are beautiful to behold.
